Take on the world-famous Up at The O2 climb and enjoy one of London’s most exciting and unique experiences, all while supporting Hearing Dogs for Deaf People.

This challenge isn’t about being the biggest or toughest event – it’s about proving you can do it, building confidence, and being your best. Whether you’re new to fundraising or simply looking for a rewarding challenge and a great day out, this experience is perfect for all abilities.

Thanks to our charity partnership, participants receive a significantly discounted ticket price, paying just £30 to take part – far less than the standard cost. In return, we ask you to raise a minimum of £100, helping to fund the training and support of life-changing hearing dogs for deaf people across the UK.

With stunning panoramic views across London, full safety equipment provided, and expert guides supporting you every step of the way, this is an unforgettable experience you’ll be proud to be part of.

Ticket terms

Once payment is received, tickets are non-transferable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.

Tickets must not be resold.

Each ticket is valid only for the person, date, and time slot stated.

Late arrivals may be admitted at the organiser’s discretion.

👉 To take part, you must raise the minimum sponsorship of £100.

Age requirements

Participants must be at least 18 years old.

Accessibility

If you have a cochlear implant or require BSL support, please let us know when registering so we can make arrangements with the Up at The O2 team.

Insurance

Up at The O2 / Ansco Roofwalk Limited hold their own Public Liability Insurance for this event.
This does not include personal accident insurance and does not cover issues outside the organiser’s control.

While this event is generally considered safe, we recommend taking out personal accident insurance before taking part.

Hearing Dogs for Deaf People accepts no responsibility for any issues or complications that may occur during the event.

Joining a Team Fundraiser Via a Link

  1. Open the link that will have been sent to you via email from your team member
  2. Click “Join Us” next to the team name.
  3. Enter your details (Name, email, phone number, etc) and set a password for your account.
  4. Complete your payment to join the team.
  5. Set up your very own fundraising account.
