How do I create my own challenge?
The sky’s the limit when it comes to your own challenge – literally!
You decide what you do – walk, cycle, run, hop, skip, jump – seriously, anything goes, so long as it’s safe and legal.
Decide over what time period you want to complete your challenge – all in one day or over several days.
Decide where you’ll do your challenge – at home, locally, or a suitable venue.
Best of all, 100% of the funds you raise will come to Hearing Dogs and enable us to continue helping deaf people leave loneliness behind.
What about other organised challenges that aren’t listed on your website?
If you don’t want to organise your own challenge, but the ones on our website aren’t for you, then go exploring the internet and see what takes your fancy. There are loads of challenge websites out there waiting to sign you up!
If you decide to go with a challenge organised by a third party there are usually two fundraising options - Self-Funding or Minimum Sponsorship. Please refer to the organiser’s website for the costs associated with either option. If you choose to self-fund then 100% of the money raised through sponsorship will come to Hearing Dogs.
