I'm raising money for Hearing Dogs for Deaf People

Hello humans, Cupid here, golden cocker spaniel, professional good boy, and the fluffy face of this fundraiser 🐶💛
My spare human and I are taking on The 28 Challenge this February to raise money for Hearing Dogs UK. She’ll be crocheting 28 crème egg cosies in 28 days, and I’ll be supervising with my usual high standards and dramatic flair.

I’m doing this because Hearing Dogs UK changed Chris’s life — well, me, really — and I’m very proud of that. Hearing dogs are trained to alert our humans to important and life‑saving sounds like smoke alarms, alarm clocks, baby monitors and intruder alarms. We also give confidence, companionship and emotional support… and in my case, a healthy dose of mischief. It takes a lot of training (and snacks) to be this fabulous.

Every day in February, we’ll post a new cosy on Instagram and Facebook.
If you’d like the chance to get your paws on the day’s cosy:

• I’ll choose someone who comments using my elite sniff‑based selection method
• The chosen one makes a £3 minimum donation here on JustGiving
• Spare human will then post your cosy + a crème egg, kindly donated by Cupid’s Nanna, the true queen of this operation 👑🍫

And a little bonus… spare human’s employer is matching donations up to £500, so every pound you give has double the impact.
