I am raising money for Hearing Dogs for Deaf People
Every penny I raise will help more hearing dog puppies to be trained, so that one day they can transform a deaf persons life.
I have been working with dogs for over 25 years. From Animal Care to a Police Dog Handler. Trained in General Purpose dogs and Explosive Detection. From the Police I opened my own boarding kennels and training facility. During my time as a dog trainer I've helped teach deaf dogs such as Bear featured in my profile picture, sign language and i've been able to give them their independence. Now i'd like to raise money to help give deaf people their independence. It costs £26,000 to train a hearing dog. These amazing companions are taught to alert their handlers to living saving noises such as intruder alarms, smoke alarms, door bells, baby monitors and so much more. They allow deaf people to have their own independence whilst being a supportive companion. I'm honoured to be running the London Marathon for Hearing Dogs for Deaf People and I hope that you can support me on this journey. This is a charity close to my heart.
